Number of guests
No more than four people (non-smokers only) are permitted to stay in the property. The number must be entered on the booking form and must not be exceeded. Please enquire. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund for a breach of this condition.

One well behaved small dog may be allowed at the property owner's discretion. Cats and other pets are not permitted. If you wish to bring your dog you must discuss this with the owner before you make your booking. A dog is accepted on the understanding that it will not be allowed on beds or chairs and will not be left alone in the house at any time. Please ensure that the courtyard is cleared of any deposits before you leave.

To secure your booking you must submit a booking form and pay a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total holiday rental within five days of your telephone/email reservation. We will hold the property for you for those five days only. The balance of the rental is due 28 days before the start of your holiday.

Arrival and departure times
The property will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and MUST BE VACATED NO LATER THAN 10 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.. This is important because our housekeeper works to a tight schedule on 'changeover day' and needs to start work promptly.

Collection and return of keys
Details of where to collect and deposit the keys will be provided before your holiday date.

Should the holiday be cancelled, every effort will be made to re-let the property but, if this is not possible, you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. If we are able to relet the property, then your deposit will be refunded less an administration charge of £25.00. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance.

Windows and doors must be kept securely closed and locked at all times when you are not in the property.
